This Property is in the Sierra Cortina Complex, estimated 4 kilometers from Benidorm. The location is excellent,on the outskirts of Benidorm being just a 5 minute drive to the coast. Set in the prestigious Sierra Cortina complex it has spectacular views to the coast this is one of the most attractive urban developments on the Costa Blanca. Here are luxury standards in a peaceful and relaxing location yet just minutes away you will find the buzz of Benidorm and a large variety of amenities making this the perfect place for comfort and exclusivity. Close at hand are the theme parks Terra Mitica for some of the best rides in Europe, and Terra Natura , and the new Golf Courses Real de Faula. A little further is the Aqualandia Water Park, the largest in Europe. Next door is the Mundomar Animal Park,with fantastic shows of dolphins, penguins, bears and parrotts, to name a few. The villa has a private swimming pool and outside dining area with BBQ. There is also a parking area.
